A whole beef share is the best value way to fill your freezer with premium, paddock-to-plate beef. You get the full variety of cuts from the whole animal, including steaks, roasts, mince, and everything in between.

This is a great option for large families, households that cook a lot, or anyone who wants to share the cost with friends or family.

What you get: Forequarter and hindquarter cuts including scotch fillet, rump, silverside, topside, brisket, chuck, mince, and more. We'll customise your cuts to suit your household.

Approx. final boxed weight: 240-320 kg

Packaging options: Standard (boxes), bags (+$3.20/kg), trays (+$3.40/kg), or cryovac (+$5.20/kg).

How it works: A $400 deposit secures your animal. The balance is calculated on final carcase weight and charged before pickup. You'll be notified when your order is ready to collect from your chosen location.

Our beef is raised on the family farm at Nangaringa in the Riverland, SA. 4th and 5th generation farming, done properly.
