Choose Your Share

Select your preferred meat type and customise your cuts exactly how you like them.

How ordering works

  1. Choose your share. Quarter ($19/kg), Half ($18/kg), or Whole ($17/kg). The smaller the share, the higher the per-kg price; the larger the share, the better the value.
  2. Enter your details. Name, phone, email, and your preferred pickup location (Henley, Waikerie, or Loxton).
  3. Choose every cut. Work through the cut list and select how you'd like each one prepared. All cuts must be selected before checkout.
  4. Pick your extras and packaging. Complimentary dog bones (optional), pack-for size, and packaging style — bulk (no extra cost), bags (+$1.20/kg), trays (+$1.40/kg), or cryovac (+$2.30/kg).
  5. Pay the $400 deposit. Card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout. The $400 locks in your allocation for the next run.
  6. We process your animal. Your share is cut and packaged to your preferences by Nige, our local butcher. Once the final carcase weight is confirmed, we calculate the total: per-kg rate × final weight.
  7. You receive the final invoice. The invoice is for the full actual cost of your share based on the confirmed weight. Check it, confirm it's correct, and reply to authorise.
  8. We refund the $400 deposit and process the invoice. Once you confirm, your original $400 deposit is refunded to your card, and the final invoice amount is charged. Net result: you pay the exact actual cost of the meat you receive — nothing more, nothing less.
  9. Pickup email. You'll get a "Ready for Pickup" email when your share is ready at your chosen location (usually around 3 weeks after ordering). Collect at your convenience.
Need to change your cuts after ordering? Send us a message via our contact form at least 48 hours before your scheduled collection date. Changes requested after that can't be guaranteed.

We only process a limited number of cattle in each run to maintain quality. Once allocations are sold out, orders close — secure your share early to avoid missing out.

If none of our delivery options work for you, please reach out — we'd be more than happy to work with you.
