What you get: A selection of cuts including steaks, roasts, mince and more, all from our Riverland-raised beef. Customised to your preferences.

Approx. final boxed weight: 60-80 kg

Packaging options: Standard (boxes), bags (+$3.20/kg), trays (+$3.40/kg), or cryovac (+$5.20/kg).

How it works: A $400 deposit secures your animal. The balance is calculated on final carcase weight and charged before pickup. You'll be notified when your order is ready to collect from your chosen location.
