A half beef share is the sweet spot between value and variety. You get a wide mix of cuts from half the animal, enough to fill the freezer for the year without committing to a whole.

This one suits families that cook a lot, households of three or four, or two big meat eaters who want to be set up for twelve months.

What you get: A balanced selection of forequarter and hindquarter cuts including steaks, roasts, mince, brisket and more, all customised to suit your household.

Approx. final boxed weight: 120-160 kg

Packaging options: Standard (boxes), bags (+$3.20/kg), trays (+$3.40/kg), or cryovac (+$5.20/kg).

How it works: A $400 deposit secures your animal. The balance is calculated on final carcase weight and charged before pickup. You'll be notified when your order is ready to collect from your chosen location.

Our beef is raised on the family farm at Nangaringa in the Riverland, SA. 4th and 5th generation farming, done properly.
